Hwange National Park

Hwange is famous for its incredible elephant herds that have grown considerably in the last few decades. But also look out for smaller mammals like the painted dogs for some rare sightings of this critically endangered mammal. Hideaways Elephant’s Eye Tented Camp, Hwange
Elephant’s Eye Tented Camp, Hwange National Park is situated 13 km from the main gate entrance. It is on a private concession of 6000 acres and this allows for night drives and game walks not normally allowed in the park. The lodge is bespoke and designed with the surrounding environment in mind. The Elephant’s Eye concession also has three private waterholes that are frequently visited by game such as leopard, lion, buffalo and plains game to numerous to mention.
