Sandwich Harbour
Located just over 40 kilometres south of Walvis Bay, Sandwich Harbour is an area on the Atlantic coast of Namibia consisting of a bay and a lagoon. This harbour is only accessible by 4×4 or helicopter, and calls itself home to an abundance of birdlife such as terns, flamingos, cormorants and pelicans. The landscape itself is also incredibly picturesque, with the contrast between the sand dunes and the shore making for a striking view from the ground or from above.
