A visit to Zimbabwe’s biggest national park, Hwange, is a great way to experience the remote wilderness, grassy plains and abundant wildlife of the African bush. The area’s populations of elephant and wild dog are thought to be the largest surviving groups in the world, and large concentrations of zebra and giraffe can also be found. Stay at two top Hwange safari lodges.

Victoria Falls

During the height of the flood season millions of litres of water fall into the gorge below the largest waterfall in the world, Victoria Falls. The Best of Hwange Fly-In departs from Victoria Falls. Whilst it is our every intention to adhere to the above-mentioned itinerary, there may on occasion be a necessity to make alterations in order to make the tour more enjoyable or practical. Therefore please treat the itinerary as a guide only.

Meals

Meals included in your Best of Hwange safari will be taken in the restaurants at the various accommodation establishments. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements in advance.
