Day 1: Chobe National Park
Arrival at Kasane Airport, transfer to your lodge with an afternoon game drive in Chobe National Park.
Day 2: Game Drive & Cruise in Chobe National Park
Today you will enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to game viewing. In the morning, enjoy a game drive in Chobe National Park and an afternoon take a game cruise on the Chobe River.
Day 3: Fly to Savute
Light aircraft flight from Kasane to Savute. Settle into the lodge before departing on an afternoon game drive through the Savute area.
Day 4: Game Drive in Savute Area
Morning and afternoon game drives through the Savute area. On the game drive, you will get a chance to visit the Savute Marsh and ancient San rock paintings at Gubatsa Hills.
Day 5: Mokoro Excursion on The Okavango Delta
Light aircraft flight from Savute to Camp Okavango. Water-based activities are available. Enjoy either motorboat or traditional Mokoro (dugout canoe) excursions to explore the meandering waterways of the Delta.
Day 6 & 7: Water Activities on The Okavango Delta
Morning and afternoon water activities can be enjoyed today.
Day 8: Tour ends in Maun
After breakfast, a light aircraft flight back to Maun airport and the end of the tour.

Day 5 – 7
Camp Okavango or similar
You will be picked up at Kasane Airport for transfers between Kasane and Chobe (or vice versa), 2×4 vehicles may be utilised. All luggage, besides hand luggage and photo equipment, is carried on the vehicle or trailer roof racks to ensure maximum comfort in the vehicle. Some game drives may be conducted in open-sided safari vehicles.
Meals included in your safari will be taken in the restaurants at the various accommodation establishments. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements in advance.
The onus is on the client to organize all visas required to visit the countries stated on the itinerary.
Please note that travel and cancellation insurance is mandatory for every guest travelling with Jenman African Safaris. All insurance is solely the responsibility of our guests. Please ensure you arrange your own insurance with protection for the full duration of your journey to cover personal injury, damage and loss of personal items including but not limited to camera equipment and other electronic items, medical expenses, repatriation expenses and loss of luggage, etc. Please speak to your travel agent if you require assistance.
