Private lodge tour, visit Madagascar’s famous Montagne rainforest with its broad trails, fascinating flora and fauna and splendid scenery. Starting and ending in Diego Suarez – 4 Days
Diego Suarez – Stroll through its wide streets, take in the sights of colonial buildings and enjoy the sleepy atmosphere. As a popular port of call for cruise ships – on busy days the restaurants and bars fill up quickly and there’s a buzz in the usually quiet town.
Montagne d’Ambre National Park – A prominent volcanic massif, crater lakes and waterfalls make this one of Madagascar’s most beautiful and biologically diverse areas. Taking its name from the resin that seeps from some of the trees (some over 40 m tall), the Amber Mountain sits in a rainforest rising up from the drier lowland surrounds.
