Beschreibung

First let me tell you, the tour far exceeded the expectations I held when I started.
Our journey started in Cape Town, we met everyone and our great tour guide Cornelius, whose knowledge was very enthusiastic, got us excited about our tour and showed us some amazing sights. The trip just kept getting better, with scenery and the accommodation. The vehicle was very comfortable and the windows were big, great to take photos through without any problems. Some days were longer in the vehicle than others, but there was plenty of scenery to check out or catch up on socialising. I felt the food was definitely adequate for me and an especially enjoyed the African meals they cooked for us. It wasn’t long into the trip, that our group knitted into a great relationship, which I will cherish (an amazing group of people)
Our tour guide was Biggie and our driver was Brilliant, I cannot speak more highly of them both, with some of the conditions of the roads, I felt extremely safe with the driving (Brilliant kept the bus very clean and comfortable, sweeping the bus out and cleaning windows ready for the next day) it didn’t get unnoticed.
Biggies knowledge and enthusiasm of birds, animals, countries, down to information on every aspect that we might need to know just blew me away, his sense of humour was quite infectious and shone through, his knowledge just kept on coming, even though our meal times.
There two incredible people made for a great team, therefore, made me, and I think speak for everyone else’s tour A TRIP OF A LIFETIME

What a wonderful adventure the 24 day Northern Experience was! From the beauty and majesty of Table Mountain to the spectacular Victoria Falls, this trip was a sensual experience from start to finish. The scenery was stunning and so varied, always something new and different to see every day. We saw so many beautiful birds and animals (and their young), stayed in amazing locations (in very good accommodation) with fantastic views and magical sunrises and sunsets. We were fortunate to have Biggie and Brilliant as our guide and driver as they were such a wonderful team and truly enhanced our experience over the trip. Their professionalism and dedication to their jobs were noticed by all, as well as the long hours they put in each day to keep us well fed, the bus clean and all our questions and needs are taken care of. Be prepared for early starts each day and some long drives between locations (which were broken up with amazing scenery, animals, regular breaks and the odd nap if needed!) and absorb the sights, sounds and tranquillity of Africa that this tour has to offer. Enjoy!

We have just completed a 24 day Safari from Cape Town to Victoria Falls with Jenman. The trip was amazing. We spent 14 days exploring Namibia. The Terrain in Namibia varies a great deal. The plains near the Orange River are very fertile and ideal for growing citrus fruits and grapes. There are several different mountain ranges, all spectacular and varied in size and shapes. Namibia also has the worlds 2nd largest Canyon called Fish River Canyon which is quite spectacular. There are also large desert areas that stretch for hundreds of Kilometres. The sand dunes at Sossusvlei are absolutely spectacular. Etosha National Park has thousands of African animals and covers over 2000 square kilometres. In the North of Namibia there is a narrow strip of fertile land near the Chobe River and the Okavango delta which has millions of litres of water and is a haven for Elephants, Hippopotamus and Water Buffaloes. This delta eventually flows to the Kalahari desert and never reaches an ocean. This region is called Caprivi.
We went into Botswana which also contains this rich delta.
Our last few days were spent in Victoria Falls Zimbabwe. The helicopter flight over the Falls was absolutely amazing and One of our many highlights of the trip.
Our guide Alfred Mhini and driver Bernard Tshunoa were fantastic. They were both most professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They worked well as a team and prepared many superb meals for us. Bernard was a skilled driver and able to maintain the vehicle which was driven through rough and bumpy terrain. Bernard would stop the vehicle at our request for photos. Alfred was able to identify all of the birds and animals for us. They made everyone in group feel special and they had a great sense of humour which made our trip most enjoyable. Alfred also had a great knowledge of the history of the people of the various area.
We would highly recommend this affordable Jenman Safari
