Beschreibung
Situated in the northern part of Hwange National Park, Nantwich Lodge is stunningly remote. There are fewer people in this region of the park, and game viewing is excellent – particularly for lion prides and big cats. This is a lodge that is perfect for true safari lovers who are looking return to the wilderness and explore it in a manner that is off the beaten track.
Nantwich possesses a strong eco-ethos. Built from the foundations of an old Zimparks outpost, its design carries hints from a bygone era – shower screens in the bathrooms were repurposed from the original building’s windowpanes – and the old and new come together in a unique way. Conservation plays a significant role in guests’ stays as guided bush walks and game drives cause you to become an expert of the Hwange bush.
At this intimate eco-lodge, hospitality and warmth is at the forefront of your experience. The staff exhibit warmth, charm and attention to detail in every aspect. Guests can experience the bush on intimate bush walks, thrilling game drives, or even from your armchair – due to the lodge’s position atop a hill, there is much to see over the expansive bush and plains below.
