Kapama Game Reserve, South Africa

The Kapama Game Reserve is set in an idyllic location, nearby to the Drakensberg Mountain range and the Kruger National Park.

As a home to the Big Five, the Game Reserve rewards its visitors with over 350 different bird species and frequent sightings of mammals like the giraffe, impala, wildebeest, kudu, cheetah and hyena, to name but a few. Another plus of the Reserve is that it has minimal fencing, which allows the animals to roam freely.

Winter boasts great game viewing as all the animals flock to the water holes to rehydrate, and summer brings blooming flowers, baby ducks learning to walk and bird migrating.
