With seven comfortable tents all with en-suite bathrooms positioned privately under big Acacia trees where travellers can relax in the privacy and the authenticity of the area while enjoying the astounding Botswana bush.
This one-of its kind camp is situated in the Khwai River area just outside the northern gate of the Moremi Game Reserve. Moremi is commonly described as one of the most beautiful wildlife reserves in Africa. It combines mopane woodland and acacia forests with floodplains and lagoons. However, it is the great diversity of plant and animal life that makes Moremi so well known and increasingly more popular every year. And during the night, you are able to listen to the amazing sounds of the bush from the comfort of your tent!

Accommodation: During 4 nights of your safari, you will stay in mid-range Lodges, Chalets and Tented Lodges. Accommodation is situated either in National Parks, on the banks of a river, or in other places of interest. Most accommodation options have a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, whilst others have shared ablutions available. Some properties are equipped with swimming pools and/or bar areas.

Included in the price: 4 nights in fixed accommodation, all transport in fully kitted 4x4 safari vehicle, game drives as mentioned, meals and activities as mentioned in itinerary, park entrance fees, experienced local guide.

Day 1: Maun, Botswana
On arrival at Maun Airport, you will be transferred to your accommodation for the night. The afternoon is yours to spent at your leisure. You could do some last minute shopping or enjoy a scenic flight over the Okavanago Delta (optional and for own account).

Day 2: Maun to Khwai River, Botswana
Today you will meet your guide for this trip. After breakfast we leave Maun and reach the Mokoro station after a short drive. From here, we will float in Mokoros through the thick vegetation of the Okavango Delta discovering a variety of birds and wildlife. Unlike other Delta’s in the world, it flows into the Kalahari Desert without reaching the coast, which makes it unique. Afterwards, we make our way to a private concession in the Khwai River area to our camp. This evening we go on a night game drive in the concession. This area lies between Moremi and Chobe and we will have the opportunity to spot a variety of nocturnal animals. [BLD]

Day 3: Khwai River, Botswana
Today we spend game driving in the Khwai area. In our open 4x4 vehicle we will explore the Khwai River region on a morning and afternoon game drive hopefully spotting a variety of game that frequent this region. [BLD]

Day 4: Moremi Game Reserve, Botswana
After having explored the Khwai area we now head into the famous Moremi game reserve known as one of the most beautiful and varied reserves in Africa with an unprecedented concentration of wildlife. The full day is spent in the unspoiled nature of the Moremi Game Reserve. After our wildlife experiences in the Moremi Reserve, we head back to Maun [BL]

Day 5: End of Tour
