Our various new Deluxe African Overland Safari itineraries allow you to pick the camping safari of your choice but with an option to spend some or all of the nights in lodges or chalets.

Victoria Falls, Cape Town and a whole lot in between are now accessible through more comfortable accommodation in combination with our original, winning format of our camping safaris.

In essence: the Deluxe Overland safaris provide all the adventure and experience of the original camping safaris, with a number of lodge and chalet accommodation upgrades.

These safaris remain semi-participation safaris with most meals enjoyed with the group around the campfire. At bedtime however, those fortunate guests on the deluxe safaris are able to retire to the comfort of a private room in the nearby lodge or chalet. For those who feel that a sheltered and restful night's sleep is a worthwhile luxury that will enhance their safari, this is the finer option.
